- Clients may request project cancellation by providing written notice via email.
- If cancellation is requested before the project has started, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges, if applicable.
- If cancellation is requested after work has begun, the client will be charged for the work completed up to that point.
3. Refund Policy
- Payments made for completed work, milestones, or active projects are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be provided for delays caused due to lack of communication, content, or approvals from the client.
- In case a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Advance Payments
All advance or booking payments are non-refundable, as they are used to reserve time and resources for the project.
5. Third-Party Costs
Any third-party expenses such as domain registration, hosting, plugins, or software licenses are non-refundable once purchased.
6. Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any payment-related concerns before raising a dispute with the payment gateway or bank.
